Chubbs Chubbs has decided to cross the rainbow bridge, to a place where there is no pain, no suffering.... He did not wait for me to come back, probably he knows his por por is too weak and his kong kong is the stronger one.
Both me and Dav decided to have him buried next to Shandy, his mother, in our apartment compound.
I shall be back for more updates.
THANKS to all of you for being there for me.....

They will not go quietly,
the cats who've shared our lives.
In subtle ways they let us know
their spirit still survive.
Old habits still make us think
we hear a meow at the door.
Or step back when we drop
a tasty morsel on the floor.
Our feet still go around the place
the food dish used to be,
And, sometimes, coming home at night,
we miss them terribly.
And although time may bring new friends
and a new food dish to fill,
That one place in our hearts
belongs to them....
and always will.

Rest in peace Chubby Chubbs..
Deary Cazzy, we're all here for you, online or offline..
Rest in peace, Chubby Chubbs.
Cazz dear, be strong, and stop blaming yourself. It is nobody's fault. At least Chubbs is no longer in pain and suffering, and he is reunited with his meowmmy Sandy. His meowmmy is now taking care of him.
*love & hugs*
thank you all for you support to Cazzy, i've never realise that Chubby could bring a huge impact on our lives. He for one could influence me to give up smoking in my promise to God to heal him. All this while i've been wanting to do so but weak willpower. Chubby, kong kong will quit smoking because of you. It takes you going through all the fear, pain & suffering to makes us realise about simple things that we tend to take for granted. We will always cherish the love and joy that you have brought to us from the day you were born. Losing you is like cutting off a piece out of kong kong and poh poh.Rest in peace now Chubby. We will meet again one day in the kingdom of God. Goodbye Chubby
i'm sorry to hear this. be strong ok?
it reminds me of my friend's cat who suffered from cancer. i was so sad i didn't get to see the cat before it died. and my friend put its fur in front of the god avatar so she could for its eternal happiness everyday.
Criz just told us about the loss of Chubby Chubbs. Our hearts go out to you for your loss.
Remember the story of the Rainbow Bridge:
Just this side of heaven is a place called Rainbow Bridge.
When an animal dies that has been especially close to someone here, that pet goes to Rainbow Bridge.
There are meadows and hills for all of our special friends so they can run and play together.
There is plenty of food, water and sunshine, and our friends are warm and comfortable.
All the animals who had been ill and old are restored to health and vigor; those who were hurt or maimed are made whole and strong again, just as we remember them in our dreams of days and times gone by.
The animals are happy and content, except for one small thing; they each miss someone very special to them, who had to be left behind.
They all run and play together, but the day comes when one suddenly stops and looks into the distance. His bright eyes are intent; His eager body quivers. Suddenly he begins to run from the group, flying over the green grass, his legs carrying him faster and faster.
You have been spotted, and when you and your special friend finally meet, you cling together in joyous reunion, never to be parted again. The happy kisses rain upon your face; your hands again caress the beloved head, and you look once more into the trusting eyes of your pet, so long gone from your life but never absent from your heart.
Then you cross Rainbow Bridge together....

I don't know if you ever visit the Cat Blogosphere, but you are very welcome to do so. And all of us are here to help you, if you should need it. KC also runs the Purrs & Purrayers bloggie to support to sick kitties and their humans, and also comforts those who have lost a precious pet.
I have a blog with my six cats at Missy, KC & Bear.
You are in our hearts and my kitties -- all six of them -- are purring for you right now.
It is amazing, for being so small, how big a hole they leave in us when they go.
Take care,
Love,

How sad...
{{{hugs}}} Cazzy,
Let me share with you a poem, author unknown ...
They say memories are golden,
Well, maybe that is true,
We never wanted memories,
We only wanted you,
A million times we needed you,
A million times we have cried,
If love alone could have saved you,
You never would have died,
In life we loved you dearly,
In death we loved you still,
In our hearts you hold a place,
That no one could ever fill,
If tears could build a stairway,
and heartache make a lane,
We'd walk a path to heaven,
And bring you home again,
Our family chain is broken,
and nothing seems the same,
But as God calls us one by one,
The chain will link again.
Take care, be strong ..

I know you are real heartbroken that Chubby Chubbs had gone over the bridge yesterday morning. At least I can be of some service to make your tears go away the the presence of the J Family Kitties.
Although you had put on a brave heart to give me a smile on the face, there's still a touch of sadness in your eyes that you could not hide. It's hard to lose someone you love but life has still got to move on.
Look at the bright side now as Chubby will no longer feel the acute pain he has to endure for a life time. He will surely be watched over by those angels of the cat blogosphere now.
Lots of hugs and purrs,
Criz & the J Family Kitties
